Meet Alyssa

My journey into holistic health began with my own health struggles. After exhausting conventional medical options, I started exploring alternative therapies—Reiki, osteopathy, homeopathy, yoga, meditation, hormone balancing, counseling, supplementation, and, most importantly, nutrition.

Through this journey, I found balance, peace, and lasting improvements in my energy, mood, cognition, weight, and relationships. Enrolling in the Holistic Nutrition program validated everything I had discovered, igniting a passion to help others reclaim their health through natural, whole-body approaches.

I believe the body has an incredible ability to heal at any stage of life—and I’m honoured to support others on their path to wellness.

Alyssa has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) since 2004, with extensive training in:

  • Thai Massage

  • Bamboo Massage

  • Soft Tissue Release

  • TMJ & Intraoral Therapy

  • Reflexology & Indian Head Massage

  • Massage Cupping

  • Kinesiology Taping

She has also studied energy-based and movement therapies, including:

  • Reiki (Levels 1 & 2)

  • Craniosacral Work

  • Intro to Osteopathy (School of Structural Therapy)

  • Yoga Teacher Training

Her passion for movement and healing led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist through Can-Fit-Pro, and later, a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.).

She is also a Certified GAPS Practitioner, and has completed specialized workshops in:

  • Homeopathy for Stress

  • Nutrition & Mental Health

  • Women’s Hormonal Health, Allergy & Food Sensitivity Management, and AutoImunnity
