Nourishing you towards optimal health
Your body’s ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted you to believe.

Why Work With A Nutritionist?
“Let food be thy medicine, and medicine be thy food.” – Hippocrates
Food is powerful. Real, whole, organic food—grown in healthy soil and raised without chemicals, hormones, or antibiotics—nourishes the body, prevents disease, and promotes lifelong vitality. In contrast, processed, sugary, artificial foods contribute to chronic illness, inflammation, and metabolic dysfunction.
As a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N.), I help you understand which foods truly support your health and how to use them to restore or maintain optimal wellness.
Unlike conventional approaches that often treat only symptoms, holistic nutrition looks at the root cause. We explore how lifestyle, environment, stress, and diet interact—recognizing that imbalance in one area affects the whole body.
While medical doctors are essential, most receive limited nutrition education. As an R.H.N., I’ve completed over 500 hours of specialized training, including case studies and board certification. My goal is to guide you with personalized strategies that support digestion, hormone balance, mental health, immune function, and more.
Holistic nutrition may support conditions like:
Digestive issues (IBS, Crohn’s, SIBO, reflux)
Autoimmune disorders
Hormonal imbalances
Anxiety and depression
Skin concerns and allergies
Inflammation and metabolic dysfunction
Weight and glucose management
Let’s work together to address the “why” behind your symptoms—and help your body heal from the inside out.
Massage Therapy
Basic
Massage can be beneficial for physical conditions, such as frozen shoulder, plantar fasciitis, wry neck, low back pain, neck and shoulder tension, as well as have therapeutic effect on emotional, and nervous system conditions, such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, IBS, Crohn’s, digestive upset and sciatic pain. Modalities of massage that can be incorporated into treatment include general Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage and soft tissue release. Massage Therapy consists of hands - on manipulation of the soft tissues of the body, specifically, the muscular tissue, tendons, ligaments, and joints, for the purpose of improved range of motion and optimizing health.
